"I believe in pink. I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day. And I believe in miracles."

The Pink Swan

my ballet slippers & suit
Yesterday was my first day of ballet class and it was wayyy easier than I had expected!
The teacher was very laid back and had a great sense of humor -- which,
I am sure, is needed to teach a room full of college students beginning ballet.
The only thing that made the class difficult was that it was taught in Spanish, haha.
Also, I think my shoes are too small because my toes felt all crunched up :(
(or is that how they are supposed to feel???)

I am still geeking out over the fact that I get to learn ballet...
It's seriously a dream come true. I had an amazing childhood but if I could
change one thing about it, I would've been a ballerina instead of an athlete.

Here's to accomplishing life goals!
#045: Take a ballet class.

Mostly I felt a bit silly lol. At the end she was literally having us prance across the room at full speed to some crazy song hahaha. I am definitely looking forward to more classes and really learning the technique! And if I end up liking the class (which I know I will) I will totally take more once I get home and then we can be ballerinas together!

Boo- I know, right?! I would be just like Mila Kunis

I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN!! i never got into sports but i LOVELOVELOVE to dance! i took flamenco for 2 days (but dropped it for my internship) and though i don't regret that decision, i still feel really bad that i didn't have that new experience...luckily i got into grad school so there's still time!! ahHA! sometimes when no one is home i like to pretend i know how to flamenco and i dance in the kitchen :3

glad you're having fun!!
