"I believe in pink. I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day. And I believe in miracles."

Christmas Festivities

Today is the day after Christmas... Kinda sad, huh?
When we were little, Michelle used to lock herself in
the bathroom and cry when Christmas was over.
Hahahahahahhaaha

This year I had an early Christmas celebration with Bryan because
he had to fly to Sacramento to be with his parents. We were supposed to be all
festive and go ice skating and drink hot cocoa but it was so cold outside and
we were so comfortable inside! Instead, we ordered chinese take out,
shared a bottle of wine, and watched a movie until we both passed out.
We did, however, wake up in the middle of the night to eat
ice cream and watch another movie :)

he cut his finger opening the wine hehehe

We ordered from Chinez Chinese restaurant in Irvine. Nom Nom.
Candied walnut shrimp, kung pao chicken, orange peel chicken,
pork lo mein, and shrimp fried rice. Needless to say, we had leftovers.

AND GUESS WHAT? This means I accomplished

#004: Order chinese takeout

I told you I didn't forget about the Day Zero Project!
I don't know why this was on my list. Maybe because I've
always had this fantasy of living in New York city and for some
reason I imagine hip New Yorkers eating chinese take out. Or maybe I've
watched Rush Hour one too many times (we got all three of them for Christmas, btw!).
Anyway, it was delicious and so much fun. Definitely doing this again!
Oh, and Bryan wanted to eat off of plates... Amateur!

And then it was Christmas time with the family!
My sisters and I had our traditional gift exchange at midnight on
Christmas Eve Eve (we usually do it on Christmas Eve but Desiree was going
to be out with her boyfriend David's family that night).

We all got some really great gifts. If you look at the pictures down below,
you actually will be able to see the outfits I bought them!
It ended up being a pretty eventful night... hahahaha (never again).

We started baking cookies at 7 PM on Christmas Eve and ended up with
M&M oatmeal cookies, Snowball cookies, Peanut Butter cookies,
Lemon squares, Cheesecake squares, Magic Bars, and German Chocolate cake bars.

On Christmas day we opened gifts, hang out for a bit in our PJs,
and then got dressed and went to see The Princess and the Frog
(which was adorable btw. Yay for black princesses!).
Then we delivered cookies to our neighbors,
helped cook dinner, and ate!

YAY FOR CHRISTMAS!

And now it's time for New Year's Eve...
New dress? check.
New heels? check.

This should be good :)

you suck
love, anonymous
p.s. reading about chinese food is torture when you're cramped in a tiny cube and you've had nothing but leftovers all weekend!
